Kriti Monga brings twenty-two years of an accomplished design career to her multi-disciplinary creative practice that lies at the intersection of artistic expression, strategic design and hands-on craftsmanship.

Previously the founder-director of acclaimed studio, Turmeric Design, and a partner at Quick Brown Fox Design, her process is rooted in the intimacy of making and her oeuvre spans brand building, book design, visual art, illustration and creative mentorship. Her ‘Typerventions’, collaborative modular-type installations in public spaces, have become a popular learning tool and workshop for enthusiasts.

Trained at the National Institute of Design, India and Barcelona Academy of Art, she teaches professional programmes and workshops in design, illustration, lettering, type design, typography and design management around the world and holds several honours and awards, including Indi-Pool Best Graphic Design Studio, India 2015 and an honourable mention at SOTA’s Catalyst Award in 2011.
